Please read these terms before booking a laundry pickup.
Fresh Laundry provides laundry, ironing, and per-item wet cleaning services with pickup and delivery in selected areas of Bali.
Laundry is weighed at our outlet. The confirmed weight and digital invoice are sent via WhatsApp. A minimum charge of 3 kg applies per transaction.
Please inform us of delicate fabrics, stains, or items that may bleed color. Stain removal is not guaranteed, as results depend on the stain and fabric type.
Items are counted and recorded throughout the process. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and will be handled fairly.
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, e-wallet, and QRIS.
